In the area of Marianske Lazne are more then 40 mineral springs - acidulous waters with the temperature ranging between 7°C and 10°C. They are used for drinking cures and mineral baths. The natural carbon dioxide contained in the mineral waters is the best source for gas injections and gas baths. The less mineralized springs are bottled and distributed as table water.

Peloids

Other healing resources are the for medical purposes adapted peats. They are used for healing peat packs.

Climate

Although it is not an official healing resource, the climate in Marianske Lazne has a positive effect on health thanks to the relatively high altitude, dense forestation and clean air.
